PJSC Ukrzaliznytsia and U.S. company General Electric Transportation until the end of February 2018 plan to sign a cooperation agreement.
Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman stated this at a government sitting on Feb. 14, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
