Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman says he hopes industrialization in Ukraine and the creation of new jobs with decent wages in industry will help bring Ukrainian migrant workers who are now working abroad back home.

Towers rise out of the Petrovsky Metallurgical Plant in Dnipro in 2011. The factory was bought by Privat group in 2000, and was later sold to Russian oligarch Roman Abramovich in a multi-billion dollar deal marred by allegations of fraud.
