UNIAN: National Bank of Ukraine strengthens official hryvnia exchange rate

The National Bank of Ukraine on Dec. 20 evening strengthened the official hryvnia exchange rate by two kopiykas, bringing the national currency to Hr 27.86 to the dollar.
