UNIAN: Ukraine central bank cuts official exchange rate to Hr 28.65 to dollar

The National Bank of Ukraine on Jan. 16 evening lowered the official hryvnia exchange rate by nine kopiykas, bringing the national currency to Hr 28.65 to the dollar.
