Ukraine’s Finance Ministry says the country`s public and government-guaranteed debt, estimated in U.S. dollars, was down by 3.6% to $80.38 billion in March 2020, while that in the hryvnia equivalent rose by 10.1% to Hr 2,256 trillion ($83 billion).
