Ukrainian Deputy Foreign Minister for European integration Olena Zerkal says that the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC) may give its final verdict on a claim filed by NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine against Russia’s gas giant Gazprom under a 2009 gas purchase contract late in November, according to TV Channel 5.
