Production of vodka of an alcoholic strength by volume of ≤ 45.4 percent in Ukraine in January-April 2018 fell by 20.2 percent year-over-year, to 3.7 million decaliters and brandy output dropped by 9.6 percent, to 591,000 decaliters.
UNIAN: Vodka, brandy production in Ukraine declines in four months
Vodka production in April 2018 alone was 1 million decaliters, which was 4.4 percent up on March 2018 and 50.1 percent up on April 2017, the State Statistics Service of Ukraine said.
