The United States has added Ukrainian airline Dart to the list of anti-Iranian sanctions.

According to a report in the Federal Register of the United States, the Ukrainian airline was sanctioned due to the fact that the Ukrainian airline cooperated with Iran’s Caspian Air.

Caspian Air was designated to the sanction list due to support of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) through transporting personnel, and illicit material, including weapons, from Iran to Syria.

As reported, in September 2017, the United States imposed sanctions against Ukrainian airlines Dart and Khors for cooperation with Iranian carriers.
