KHARKIV – Oleksandr Yaroslavsky, the owner and president of DCH group of companies, has announced the purchase of a 100 percent stake in INGO Ukraine insurance company (Kyiv).
“Some 100 percent of the shares have been bought. The shares are in the process of registration,” Yaroslavsky told reporters in Kharkiv.
As reported, in May DCH completed formal procedures for closing a deal to purchase a 25 percent stake in INGO Ukraine insurer. Subsequently, DCH intended to increase its stake in the company to 100 percent.
