Professionals for Reform Support Mechanism (PRSM) provides human resource support – from managers to technical experts – to critical reform initiatives undertaken by national governmental agencies. PRSM is a multi-donor platform, which improves coordination of donor efforts for greater impact and avoids overlap of donor funding. It does not support routine work of the Government of Ukraine that is normally managed by the civil service.

The PRSM will pay for limited-term salaries of key positions from within the army of volunteers that currently work without pay on reforms across government ministries.

PRSM is currently seeking candidates to fill the following expert positions:

For the National Deinstitutionalization (DI) Reform Office (NDIRO):

  1. Responsible Community Leader.

For the International Maritime Organization Audit Project Management Office (IMOA):

  1. The Quality management System Coordinator;
  2. Finance Coordinator.

 Vacancy announcement:

Responsible Community Leader (NDIRO) – will be responsible for coordination of DI reform implementation on community level all over the Ukraine. The key roles for the Responsible Community include understanding the needs of the children, family and communities and working with communities to implement the services and methodologies developed in conjunction with the Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) on the Transformation Program Team.

The Quality management System Coordinator (IMOA) – will be responsible for the day-to-day management and implementation of the Project, including all substantive and administrative matters.

Finance Coordinator (IMOA) – will support the project team and IMO Audit PM Office on managing/ accounting for the financial aspects of the Office’s operations.
