Wheat prices reversed early gains after Ukraine's parliament passed the cancellation ofcontroversial export duties on corn and wheat, blamed for steep declines in shipments of the grains. The country's parliament voted toditc levies on both grains following pressure from farmers, the agriculture ministry and politicians, who blamed the tariffs for a drop in exports this summer despite a far better harvest than in drought-affected 2010.
