You're reading: Atlasjet Ukraine confirms plans to begin flying in May 2015

Atlasjet Ukraine airline, a subsidiary of Turkey's Atlasjet, has confirmed its plans to begin flying in May 2015, Atlasjet Ukraine Director General Serhiy Pidhorodetsky has told Interfax-Ukraine.

“At present we’re submitting documents to receive permits to service charter flights and plan to start flying in May this year. We’re also waiting for proposals to change the procedure, under which the airline will be able to service regular flights,” he said.

Atlasjet Ukraine was founded in September 2013. It is subsidiary of Turkey’s Atlasjet. The founders are Turkey’s Atlasjet Havacilik AS, Lviv’s AIS Group Ukraine and individual Serhiy Pidhorodetsky.
