Vladyslav Golovin was editor for entrepreneurship in Forbes Ukraine from 2011 till 2013. He has experience in TV, daily and weekly newspapers. Russia’s annexation of Crimea, including the energy resources and military hardware and bases there, give the Ukrainian government the right of writing off at least $5 billion of its debt to Russia, analysts say.
