Fozzy-Food, part of Fozzy Group (Kyiv) and developing the Silpo network of supermarkets in Ukraine, in January-June 2015 saw its net loss double compared to the same period in 2014, to Hr 602.141 million.

According to a company report in the information disclosure system of the National Commission on Securities and the Stock Market, its net income rose by 24.7 percent, to Hr 16.834 billion.

Gross profit increased by 26.9 percent, to Hr 3.257 billion, whereas operating profit fell by 46.7 percent, to Hr 319.46 million.

The accumulated loss of the company in the first half of this year increased by 1.8 times and amounted to Hr 1.403 billion. Current liabilities increased by 1.1 percent, to Hr 7.076 billion, long-term liabilities – by 34.7 percent, to Hr 3.062 billion.

Charter capital increased by 11.8 percent and amounted to Hr 19,000.

According to the report, in April-June 2015 the net profit of Fozzy-Food grew by 7.8 times compared to the same period in 2014, to Hr 332.66 million, net income – by 20.4 percent, to Hr 8.404 billion.

Fozzy-Food, a structural unit of Fozzy Group, was registered in December 2002. It started active operations in August 2003.
