"The talks are being held, and they are rather difficult. The issue of a gas transport consortium is on the agenda, but no progress has been made so far, and the negotiation package will be formed. I’ll be in Almaty [Kazakhstan] tomorrow [on Thursday, September 22], and I will specify the negotiating positions. It [the negotiation package] will be formed by the end of this week," he said in Brussels on Wednesday at a conference entitled "Ukraine: 20 Years On: Challenges for the Future."
