Tatiana Ryapich strengthened the team of professionals in Amway Ukraine Ltd., when she joined the company as the new human resources director on Jan.10.
Her activity will be mainly focused on realizing the following goals: enhancement of the Amway image in Ukraine as an attractive employer; implementation of up-to-date human resource management processes within the company; development of diversified training programs for company’s personnel; and attracting new talents into the company.
Tatiana was educated at the European Institute of Management and Business.
Prior to Amway Ukraine, Tatiana held the position of HR Business Partner at Nestle Ukraine.
Today Amway operates in more than 80 countries and regions worldwide.
The Ukrainian representative office of Amway Corp., the international leading direct selling company, was founded in November 2003.
