Vladimir Yarkov joined Law Guild VictoriAl, a Ukrainian law firm, as head of banking and finance.
In his new position, Yarkov’s task will be to launch the banking and finance practice for the firm.
Yarkov comes to Law Guild VictoriAl with 10 years of experience he gained at top financial institutions including ING Group, Societe Generale Group, UniCredit Group and Alfa Group.
Yarkov received his law degree from the Law School at Odessa State University.
He also holds a master’s degree in banking management from Kyiv National Economics University and has an EU Law Certificate from the European Commission.
