Foreign investors would be crazy to put on USD in a country like Ukraine where there is no law and only corrupt Courts and mafiosi raiders. Ask ARCELOR MITTAL, UNICREDIT, COMMERZBANK, FERRERO and a lot of other Western companies what they think about making business in Ukraine...
