Head of Kyiv City State Administration Oleksandr Popov has signed an order to start the heating season in the capital city.
Heating of maternity wards, hospitals, preschool and educational institutions will start on October 5, that of residential houses will start on October 10, the Kyiv City State Administration’s press service said.
