Kyiv International Airport (Zhuliany) plans to open a new passenger terminal on May 17, 2012.

The airport told Interfax-Ukraine that in the future the frequency of flights would be increased.

Kyiv’s Zhuliany airport is located on a site of 265 hectares. It has one runway 2,310 meters long and 45 meters wide. Its passenger terminal after reconstruction will be able to handle 300 passengers per hour.
