They can't get anything substantial on Yulia, so they go after the family.

Is there any doubt left that PoR is a mafia-style gang?

It could be that Yevhenia has realize that the only way to get her mother (Tymoshenko) out of prison is to dig a tunnel to free her. It is very apparent that Yanuk and his Party of Rats still want to keep Tymoshenko out of sight. I am very surprise as well that the Pechersk District Court did not put her into jail. The way the Pechersk District Court has abuse there power in order to please Yanuk, it's really surprising they didn't charge with a trump charge of terrorism. Today that seems to be one of there favorite trump up they use against any opposition.

That is quite normal everywhere - no appearance at court - pay.

If you repeat such a behaviour jail might wait for you.

And, its a terrible, pretentious and expensive restaurant. How it survives is a mystery to many.

Not true. Just because Tymo is a bad politician, doesn't mean she runs a bad restaurant. The food is decent and prices are par for the course in the city. Dinner for 2 costs around 500 UAH, same as in Europe.

Its not dear for Tymoshenko and her bandit family and friends who stole billions in gas deals from Ukraine.

The other point is for you to check purchasing power parity between a European citizen and a Ukrainian - you the will find the difference bigger than the difference between your IQ and a mentally retarded persons (with yours clearly being lower)

But its Ukraine and not Paris!! 500 UAH is excessive for 99% of the population and essentially its a rather flash pizza house.

250 grivens for one person?!

In Manhattan, I can get a slice of arguably the world's best pizza for $3!

Oh, but I forget, gotta work into the calculation purchase power parity - clearly, New Yorkers are poverty stricken relative to Kievites.

Why is this in the news. There's hundreds of people digging holes everywhere and no one bothers to take them to court.Just because this is Tymoshenkos family, some idiot thinks they should take them to court and make news out of it.This type of garbage is usually solved without the courts involved.Smells like another political plot to me.

yeah a political plot for 50 hrivnas, where the judge throws it out in hearing. big devilish plot right. it's not a plot and it's not news. in related news i was fined 200 hrivnas for parking last thursday, making me 400 percent more oppressed than they.

They didn't pay the bribe which was a lot more than the Hr45.50 fine. The matter ended up in court because it was Tymoshenkos family involved. An ordinary person would have been dealt with on the spot and the matter solved without incident.

An ordinary person would have got permission to excavate - its a shame that your ability to think anything ill with respect to the Tymoshenkos seems to be missing

It's a tunnel for S&M activities. Her and her mom use it to put on a leather show. They'll do it dungeon-themed when she gets out of prison.
