A session of Kyiv's Pechersky District Court on a criminal case opened against former Ukrainian Interior Minister Yuriy Lutsenko was postponed until Thursday, Oct. 27, the press service of the People's Self-Defense Party has reported.
Lutsenko’s lawyers, Ihor Fomin and Volodymyr Orlov, as well as Leonid Prystupliuk’s lawyer, did not arrive for the court session on Wednesday.
The ex-minister’s defense lawyer, Oleksiy Bahanets, submitted a petition to postpone the court session due to the absence of three lawyers.
The court decided to postpone the session until 09.10 on Thursday.
A court session on Oct. 25 was postponed due to the absence of two lawyers and a prosecutor.
