Batkivshchyna Party leader Yulia Tymoshenko believes the Ukrainian economy will lose its competitiveness on world markets if the country joins the Customs Union with Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan, according to official website of Yulia Tymoshenko.

"Ukraine will completely destroy its cooperation with the world; it will lose the opportunity to be competitive on global markets and be a participant on world and European markets. So I find it strange that this is even an issue today," Yulia Tymoshenko told journalists after leaving the Prosecutor General’s Office today.
