Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said that Russia and Ukraine have not agreed to reconsider the principles for gas-pricing, saying there is already a contract that should be fulfilled.
"We have not agreed that we will reconsider the existing contract," Putin told reporters on Wednesday.
