Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin believes that the format for the first meetings of the subgroups to be formed within the Trilateral Contact Group for Ukraine should be determined via Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Special Representative Heidi Tagliavini.
“Probably, there is a need today to determine a format for these first meetings via OSCE Special Representative Heidi Tagliavili in order to allow specialists to discuss specific problems and move forward,” he told Interfax.
