Moscow - Sending foreign military instructors to Ukraine will only destabilize the situation in the country, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexei Meshkov said.

“Any programs to pump foreign instructors into Ukraine are aimed primarily at destabilizing the situation in the country,” he told reporters.

Meshkov reiterated that “now we need to think about peace, not about war, and decisions to increase the number of troops and involve instructors from the U.S., the UK and other countries only destabilize the situation.”
