Tete-a-tete meeting between Azarov, Putin starts

Moscow, June 7 (Interfax-Ukraine) - The prime ministers of Russia and Ukraine, Vladimir Putin and Mykola Azarov, have started a tete-a-tete meeting in Moscow, the press secretary of the Russian Prime Minister, Dmitry Peskov, said on Tuesday. Negotiations involving other members of the delegation are to start after the meeting.

According to earlier reports, the two premiers will discuss cooperation in energy sector, including gas issues.

Moscow is hosting the eighth meeting of the Committee on Economic Cooperation of the Russian-Ukrainian Interstate Commission on June 7.
