The Prosecutor General's Office has refused to allow former Ukrainian Prime Minister and Batkivschyna Party leader Yulia Tymoshenko to visit Strasbourg and Brussels, as well as Chernihiv and Mykolaiv regions, the party's press service reported on Friday.

The party’s press service reported earlier that Tymoshenko had asked the Prosecutor General’s Office to allow her to visit Strasbourg on June 21-22 to attend a PACE meeting and travel to Brussels on June 23 to meet with European Parliament President Jerzy Buzek at a summit of the European People’s Party .
