Verkhovna Rada Chairman Volodymyr Groysman has opened the third session of the Verkhovna Rada of the 8th convocation.
Members of the Cabinet of Ministers, heads of the central authorities, representatives of the judiciary, heads of diplomatic missions in Ukraine, and representatives of non-governmental organizations were present in the session hall during the opening of the new session.
