Presidents of Russia and Kazakhstan Vladimir Putin and Nursultan Nazarbayev will have an opportunity to share opinions on the situation in Ukraine during a state visit of the Russian head of state, Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov told reporters before Putin's visit in Kazakhstan slated for Oct. 15.

Along with the bilateral agenda the leaders will share opinions on regional and international issues, he said.

“I will note that Ukrainian President Poroshenko visited Kazakhstan on Oct. 8-9. Obviously I assume that Russian and Kazakh leaders will also have an opportunity to have an eye-to-eye meeting to discuss the Ukrainian issues,” Ushakov said.
