KAZAN - A French representative tasked to resolve the problem of undelivered Mistral-class helicopter carriers will come to Russia within days, Deputy Chairman of the Military-Industrial Commission Board Oleg Bochkarev told reporters on May 26.
“It is possible that a special envoy of France, Louis Gautier, will come to Russia tomorrow for a new round of Mistral negotiations,” he said.
