Moscow - The possibility of a visit to Russia by the European Union's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini is being considered, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexei Meshkov told reporters.
“We are working on Mogherini’s possible visit to Russia, but the first step in this direction will be a visit [to Russia] by Deputy Secretary General for the EU’s External Action Service Helga Schmid on March 2,” he said.
