Moldovan, Transdniestrian leaders meet in Chisinau

The Interfax-Ukraine News Agency – a company belonging to the Interfax Information Services international group – has been an information provider in the political and economic information market of Ukraine since 1992.

Chisinau (Interfax) - Moldova's Prime Minister Vlad Filat and Transdniestria's leader Yevgeny Shevchuk are meeting in Chisinau, the Moldovan government's press service reported on March 15. Meanwhile, Moldovan government sources have told Interfax that Filat and Shevchuk held a brief meeting focused on social cooperation issues. The meeting was attended by Moldovan Vice Premier for Reintegration Yevgeny Karpov and Transdniestria's health minister.
