Reuters: Russia vows to retaliate over expanded US Magnitsky list

 Russia has vowed to retaliate against what it calls "unfounded" U.S. sanctions imposed on 12 Russians for human rights abuses, including supposedly denying medical care to whistleblowing lawyer Sergei Magnitsky who died in a Russian prison.
