MOSCOW - Russia is proposing that Turkey as a start sign an agreement on the construction of not all four lines, but the first line of Turkish Stream, a source at the Russian Energy Ministry told journalists.
“Several weeks ago Russia sent its proposals to Turkey – the draft intergovernmental agreement on the first line of Turkish Stream. We are waiting for the reply from Turkey,” the source said.
