Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his British counterpart William Hague have pointed out that bilateral relations between the two countries are normalizing, adding that they intend to increase interaction in various areas.

"I had a good talk with my British counterpart William Hague. The negotiations were very constructive and very informative. The main conclusion was that Russia and the UK are moving in the direction of normalization of bilateral relations and intend to increase interaction in all areas, including, of course, foreign policy," Lavrov told a press conference in Moscow.
