Pro-Russian separatists in the eastern Ukrainian city of Donetsk rehearsed on May 5 for an upcoming Victory Day parade. The separatists of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic drove tanks, grad rockets, and other military hardware through the city as at least 1,000 spectators gathered to watch. Ukraine is marking the 70th anniversary of the end of World War II in Europe on May 9.
