Banning antigay discrimination is an important precondition for visa-free travel to the EU.

Ukraine’s parliament passed a bill on Nov. 12 that would outlaw workplace discrimination based on sexual orientation, an important precondition for Ukrainians to travel visa-free to the European Union.
