You're reading: Antimonopoly Committee allows individual to purchase big agricultural assets

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMC) has allowed an individual to gain control over Agidel LLC, Agrotekhnika LLC, and Turia-Agro LLC (all based in Volyn Oblast).

According to the press service of the AMC, the individual may acquire more than 50% in the charter capital of these companies.

Agidel, Agrotekhnika LLC and Turia-Agro are part of Pan Kurchak agroindustrial group. Agrotekhnika and Turia-Agro are engaged in the production and sale of animal feed, Agidel is one of the most modern and largest incubators in Ukraine.

According to the unified state register of legal entities and individuals, the ultimate beneficial owners of Turia-Agro are Mykola Makivka, Agidel – Serhiy Martyniak, Agrotekhnika – Olha Likhach.

Pan Kurchak agroindustrial group was founded in 2001. It is engaged in growing crops, the production and sale of animal feed, chickens and pig breeding, and meat processing.
