 The West should see urgent steps from Russia towards the implementation of the Geneva agreements on settling the crisis in Ukraine. British Foreign Secretary William Hague said on April 18 that he had discussed this issue during his conversation with U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry.

 “Spoke to Secretary John Kerry about Geneva Ukraine agreement. Agreed we need to see urgent steps from Russia. OSCE has vital role,” he wrote on his Twitter page.
