The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved the revised project and plan of the reconstruction of municipally-owned Metalist sports complex located at 65 Plekhanivska Street in Kharkiv.
The Cabinet increased the total cost of work at the facility by Hr. 21.052 million, or 2.8%, to Hr. 783.685 million.
According to ministry order No. 326 of April 25, 2012, the cost of construction and assembly work grew by Hr. 32.764 million, to Hr. 484.887 million, while the cost of equipment, furniture and tools dropped by Hr. 20.4 million, to Hr. 134.875 million, and that of commissioning work by Hr. 1.233 million, to Hr. 2.11 million.
The stadium is intended for 38,633 seats.
The Cabinet also canceled its order No. 1279 of June 30, 2010, according to which the total estimated cost of the reconstruction of Metalist complex was up by Hr. 163.179 million, to Hr. 762.632 million.
Primarily the Cabinet approved order No. 354-r dated April 2, 2009 on the reconstruction of Metalist sports complex with the total estimated cost of work being Hr. 442.157 million.
In general, the total reconstruction budget of Metalist stadium grew by 77.2%
