CEC told voter turnout 9.11% at presidential election in Donetsk region as of 15.00, no data on Luhansk region

Donetsk polls are opened on Sunday, despite a wave of violence in the east and threats by pro-Russia separatists, who have claimed independence following a disputed referendum.

The voter turnout is 9.11% at the presidential election in Donetsk region as of 1500, according to the electronic indicator board in the Central Election Commission (CEC).

CEC said that information on the voter turnout in Donetsk region arrived from one election district – No. 49. There are 22 districts in Donetsk region.

Currently CEC does not have information on the voting process in Luhansk region.
