A rally of the Communist Party of Ukraine has come to an end on the premises of the Great Patriotic War Museum in Kyiv.

People are leaving the museum territory, an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent reported.

All is quiet, but the police are staying in the museum for now.

Communist Party leader Petro Symonenko addressed the rally, and a resolution was adopted, calling for early parliament elections and the end to the war in Donbas.

The young persons who tried to reach the communist rally site but were stopped by the police have also left the museum.

About 50 persons carrying the national flag went down Lavrska Street towards the Arsenalna metro station. They were accompanied by the police.
