The Ukrainian counter-intelligence service has intercepted communication which it says confirm Russia is to allow a bloodbath in Ukraine and to bring heavy vehicles into the country, one of the leaders of Security Service of Ukraine's (SBU) counter-intelligence department Vitaliy Naida reported.

“The intercepted conversation indicates that a country that has
declared itself as a brotherly country… today sets a special task to
cause bloodshed on the streets of our cities. The conversations, which
testify that 100-200 persons should be killed and after that, in an
hour-and-a-half, tanks and armored personnel carriers of the Russian
army will appear on the territory of Ukraine,” Naida said at a briefing
in Kyiv on Wednesday.
