Activists from the Femen movement have cut down a cross in central Kyiv located near the International Center for Culture and Arts (Zhovtnevy Palace).

"On the day of the sentencing, the Femen women's movement expresses its support and respect for its Russian colleagues from the group Pussy Riot. Femen activists have taken down a cross in solidarity with the victims of the Kremlin-pope regime," Femen said in a press release.

Слава Ісусу Христу!

Who's property did they mutilate? Russian?
Who's hard earned money will go to
restore this symbol of Christianity in Ukraine?
Hopefully theirs or make them physically restore it.

Like Communists...
every religious item is now subject to vandalism?
Typical; Ukraine is made to pay for Russian stupidity.
They know the Russian Church are agents in vestments?
Machiavellian there not Christian.

Femen should emulate the Blessed Virgin Mary the Pussy Riot sang to,
they knew a true Christian feminist in the midst of a man's club.
Let the Moscow Pope call himself the mother of God.
English Good Queen Bess only got as far as becoming a virgin again

It's time they use their brains instead of their utters.

This act of vandalism by FEMEN irrevocably undermines their credibility, to say nothing of calling their common sense into question. A cross commemorating the many millions of victims of Communism in Ukraine is not a legitimate target - if you want to protest censorship of free speech go trash the Lenin monument, the continuing presence of which in Ukraine's capital is utterly unconscionable.
