You're reading: Health Ministry, Maidan medical service and specialized department of Kyiv City State Administration agree to send leftovers of medicines to ‘Farmacia’

The Health Ministry, medical service of the National Resistance Headquarters (Maidan) and Health Department of the Kyiv City State Administration will send leftovers medicines and operating supplies that are currently in the possession of the medical service of the Maidan, to the public utility company "Farmacia" to be kept in safe custody until a decision on their future use is made.

According to the Health Ministry Service, a corresponding memorandum was signed by the parties on Thursday.

In addition, the Memorandum foresees that the volunteer centers of
medical service of Maidan, which are located at the places of gathering
of the participants of the civic protest, except for Maidan’s Hospital
on Triokhsviatytelska Street and the medical station near the stage on
Independence Square, must stop their operation. The remaining centers
will be provided with emergency teams that will stay on duty
around-the-clock.

The Health Ministry and Maidan medical service also agreed on the
cooperation between the psychological and psychiatric detachments of
Maidan and corresponding professional detachments of the Health Ministry
to examine the possibility of creating a scientific rehabilitation
centre for those who participated in the clashes, on the basis of
existing health resorts.
