PARIS – French President Francois Hollande, German Chancellor Angela Merkel and Russian President Vladimir Putin talked on the phone on Friday to come to an agreement on arranging the next 'Normandy format' meeting on June 10, the Elysee Palace reported in a communique.

The meeting at the level of deputy foreign ministers/political directors, intended to monitor the implementation of the Minsk agreements, will take place in Paris on June 10, it said.

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister and State Secretary Grigory Karasin had told Interfax previously that Russia was ready to take part in a meeting between deputy foreign ministers in the Normandy format it if is held on June 10.
