Moscow - Employees of the International Committee of the Red Cross are not accompanying trucks from Russia's Ukraine-bound humanitarian aid convoy currently heading to the city of Luhansk, ICRC spokesperson Anastasia Isyuk told Interfax over the phone from Geneva.

“The latest information available to us suggests that, indeed, certain movement is taking place. At the moment I can say that we are not part of this motor convoy,” she said.
