MINSK – Former Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma has arrived in Minsk, where he is expected to take part in the Trilateral Contact Group negotiations for the settlement of the Ukraine crisis.
Kuchma went out of the government terminal of the Minsk national airport, got into a car, and left the airport territory under escort of a motorcade, an Interfax correspondent reported from the scene.
OSCE special representative Heidi Tagliavini has also arrived in Minsk to participate in the talks.
