In line with the Minsk agreements the Ukrainian side has withdrawn all heavy armaments from the separation line in Donbas, the HQ of the armed operation claims.
“In keeping with the Minsk agreements all heavy armaments listed in the protocols have been withdrawn by the Ukrainian side to agreed distances… There are none of our multiple rocket launch systems there. They have been withdrawn to set distances,” spokesman for the Ukrainian presidential administration Oleksandr Motuzianyk said at a Monday briefing in Kyiv.
